Stay in the amazing Keys and beautiful waterfront home with 200 foot dock for your boat. Exclusive heated pool to relax and enjoy the surrounding ocean view – just breath taking! The private lot is almost an acre with optional Guesthouse and guest pool. Stunning panoramic water views, sunrise, sunset, steps from ocean water. Bring or rent fishing and snorkel gear nearby to fish off the dock and enjoy the underwater scenery!
The Space:
Barry Beach main house has an airy floor plan from living room to kitchen. Sofas, lounge chair, TV, separate entrance to pool and patio. Dining area with high back chairs. Two master bedrooms have king size beds, bath in suites, and TV’s. Cozy and spacious queen bedroom with TV near the third bath. Forth bedroom has two single twin beds and board games for entertainment! Tile throughout. Awesome fishing quarters for family and friends. Pet friendly!
The Guesthouse has an open living and dining room concept with queen sofa bed and recliner massage chair in each space. There’s one space upstairs two bedrooms and one bath, the other on ground level same layout. Kings and trundle beds (one king, two full and one roll out single bed in each space). The Guesthouse can be reserved with the main house and will not rent separately. Select the total number of guests when reserving and the home(s) will be included accordingly.

Dock and Ramp:
Available to guests with one boat per home up to 50 foot included in your stay. The main house dock has water hose, catch cleaning station, and power outlet. Low tide is around six feet at dock’s end and one foot near the shoreline. Nearest boat ramp is minutes away at 751 State Road 4A, Little Torch Key. Launch your boat then dock it or explore the area for some fun in the sun!
Guesthouse and Guest Pool:
Once the travel dates and total number of guests are selected for booking, the reservation system will automatically include the homes as specified. When booked a confirmation email will be sent with guest access details. Reservations with only the main house may add the Guesthouse if preferred for an additional guest fee.
Location:
Barry Beach is located mile marker 28.5 on the Gulf side. Only a 10-15 minute boat ride to open waters towards Gulf or Atlantic. No RV hookups, no RV/camper parking, and no tent accommodations provided (we are not campground zoned).
Activities:
Enjoy the stunning views of our nearby beaches! Bahia Honda State Park and Beach only 11 minute car ride. Sombrero Beach in Marathon is a 25 minutes drive with iconic beach views! Fort Zachary Taylor Beach in Key West is the westernmost beach and worth the 45 minutes drive.
Rent fishing rods and kayaks at Jig’s Bait and Tackle in Big Pine Key. Rent boat, snorkel and fishing gear, paddle boards, charters, and specialty cruises at Captain Hooks in Big Pine Key.
Walking distance to Kiki’s Sandbar Restaurant. Minutes from Little Palm Island and ferry. Only 15 minute boat ride to the famous Looe Key reef for diving/snorkeling. Picnic Island is great for swimming and relaxing on the beach, a 10 minute boat ride. Big Pine Key is 5 to 10 minutes by car, the habitat of beautiful key deer and has an amazing park with panoramic water view! The Blue Hole trails in Big Pine are great for biking, hiking, and walking. Also has a lake with sea life! Snipe Key has swing on tree and spectacular beach about 45 minute boat ride.
Square Grouper Restaurant in Cudjoe Key is best for everything (main floor) and My New Joint (second floor) is great for raw bar. Santiago’s Bodega is one of the best of Key West. Walk Duval Street Key West for restaurants, shops, and touring. The Guidebook for things to do, places to see, where to eat, and where to shop is provided in the home during your stay.
Watch the sunrise and sunset on the point or go to the famous Key West Mallory Square to catch the western most sunset of the Florida Keys! Sight-see on the Key West Conch Tour train for a some Key West history. Tour Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum in Key West to see his six toed cats. Or visit treasure hunter Mel Fisher Maritime Museum, also in Key West. Only 28 miles to Key West!

Greyhound bus transports to and from Miami Airport and Key West Airport (stops at Big Pine Key around 35 minutes walking distance from Little Torch Key).
Keys Shuttle provides door to door service to and from all nearby airports.
Lower Keys Shuttle bus runs about every hour to Key West, also goes east towards Marathon. It stops on the corner of Overseas Hwy and Barry Avenue in Little Torch Key. Night schedule hours may differ.
Or Uber if car service is preferred.

Best rental in the keys for a large group! Tons of space, great pool, dock, and view. About 45 minutes from Key west. Loved our stay!

Amazing rental
Incredible property, Dock, house and staff. No complaints, we had an amazing stay. Pools, lizards, crabs and raccoons on land and sharks/fish off the dock kept the kids busy. I was worried about renting next to a bar/restaurant, but it turned out Kiki’s was very nice, live music in the evenings that you can hear from the house/pier that usually ended around 9p. Music could not be heard from within the house, so no problems w putting kids to sleep early. Owners were very responsive prior to trip and Walt was great .

Barry Beach Little Torch Key
This is just an excellent vacation rental. Older home but extremely well kept. Great for larger families and groups. Excellent layout with bedrooms and baths on opposite ends of the house and a very large kitchen living area in the middle. No beach per se’ , but very nice pool and excellent dock. Also has a smaller dock area at shore on south side of lot for jetski or small boat. Location is ideal for day trips to Key West, Bahia Honda, Marathon, etc. This is our third year at this home and will plan more in the future!

Quiet, Peaceful, and Relaxing
This house has it all! There’s plenty of room, all the amenities anyone could need, absolutely spotless throughout, and private and comfortable from the front door to the end of the huge dock! The purpose of our trip was to spend two weeks rejuvenating after a very hectic 2018. We did just that at Barry Beach! Close enough to an abundance of things to do, but a quiet retreat away from it all. Especially enjoyed having Kiki’s right next door. The best part was being able to have our beloved dogs with us on vacation! Kudos to Barry Beach for being pet friendly!

Awesome stay at Barry Beach
The house and property were immaculate. The house has EVERYTHING you need – kitchen is perfectly stocked, washer/dryer, bait freezer, outside furniture, beach towels and a perfectly maintained pool. All the beds were extremely comfortable. Ginger (owner) is close by and is immediately available for any questions. One of our best vacations in the Keys. Thanks Ginger !

Spring Break at Cozy Cove
The stay was amazing for our family. The kids loved having their own pool and the house was perfect for all of us to be comfortable. We also loved the dock and the fishing. It is a perfect location to get away but still be close enough to visit all the keys has to offer. We will be back.
